Templars Shopping Park, Oxford
Services provided:
- Internal soft strip of retail space, including wall coverings, ceilings, and fixed furnishings, while retaining floor coverings
- Removal of redundant services, retaining high level lighting
- Removal of external signage
- Removal of internal staircases, and balustrades
Scope of works:
Works were carried out to a central unit at Templars Shopping Park, with both units on either side of the site remaining operational throughout.
An internal strip out of the retail space to the ground floor and mezzanine level was carried out. This included the removal of wall coverings; ceilings; fixtures and fittings; sanitaryware; M&E installation; and the access staircases and balustrades to the mezzanine levels.
During works, the existing floor coverings to the unit, on both the ground and mezzanine levels were retained, with protective measures put in place throughout works to mitigate damage to those retained finishes.
