Works at Rooks Heath School were planned to take place over a school closure period due to the location of the structures to be demolished, and the risk this would pose to staff and students if completed during term time. 

The structure was located centrally within the school, in very close proximity to other existing teaching blocks, and with height restricted access.

Works were planned and programmed to be carried out within a strict timeframe, to ensure the works were complete before the return of staff and students. This advanced planning, and careful management of the project ensured delivery was carried out in accordance with the clients requirements.
