Scope of works:
This project involved the demolition of several redundant horticultural teaching buildings.
All services to structures were identified and isolated prior to the safe removal of asbestos containing materials, and the demolition of structures to ground slab level.
Works were conducted on a live college campus, during term time, in close proximity to existing live college buildings, presenting a number of constraints which had to be mitigated and controlled throughout to ensure the safe execution of works.
