The project at 8-10 Great George Street involved the de-planting of the roof top plant room, and the removal of external plant and equipment. Activities were constrained by only very limited access to the roof. 

All plant and equipment was carefully dismantled and reduced in size, to enable the movement of waste via an internal labyrinth of restricted access walkways and doorways, to an internal goods lift carrying waste to the basement, which was accessible by vehicles. 

This was a labour intensive project, completed safely and ahead of schedule.
