Beecroft Demolition is a family run company based in Essex, we have over 35 years experience within the demolition industry. We provide a professional and engineered approach to demolition, carrying out works across a variety sectors, working with local authorities, private developers, and consultants.

All our directors are members of the Institute of Demolition Engineers (IDE), this ensures we are able to provide a comprehensive and well thought out approach to all demolition activities.

We pride ourselves on our professional and client focused approach, with demolition works strategically planned to ensure works can be completed in such a manner that mitigates the dangers of demolition to as low level as reasonably practicable.

Mark Jack MIDE MCIOB   

Mark has overall responsibility for operations, managing all aspects of project delivery from commencement through to completion, with a particular emphasis on health and safety through delivery. Mark has over 20 years demolition experience creating an enviable array of knowledge and understanding of the industry, enabling him to maintain the highest standards in complex project delivery. He has previously held senior management roles at some of the largest demolition contractors in the county. Mark is a full member of the Institute of Demolition Engineers (IDE) and is currently a member of the IDE Council of management. Mark is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB) and a Consultant Specialist of National Emergency Services Support Taskforce (NESST). 

Lee Jack MSc MIDE   

Lee heads up our preconstruction team and manages all aspects of the bid process, including the pricing of works and production of technical documentation to accompany our bids. Lee has 18 years experience within the demolition industry and is also a qualified quantity surveyor. He has previously held management roles at some of the largest demolition contractors in the county, specialising in the commercial aspects of project delivery, from estimating at preconstruction phases, through project delivery and to completion. Lee is a full member of the Institute of Demolition Engineers (IDE) and holds a master’s degree in quantity surveying.
