Armfield House, Grantham

Scope of works:
Works at Armfield House were carried out to return the rear warehouse to its original open plan configuration, which included the removal of the internal structures installed by the previous occupant.
Plant and equipment, including demolition excavators were used to access the warehouse internally, existing steel framed mezzanines, and internal blockwork walls forming internal offices and storage areas, were gradually removed to open-up the warehouse area to its original open plan configuration.
